Colorado Ranch Minutes from Aspen Core Lists for $220 Million

An 813-acre Colorado ranch property nestled about 12 miles from the center of Aspen has recently hit the market for a landmark price of $220 million. Listed by Carrie Wells and Chris Souki of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse, the legendary property — dubbed “Aspen Valley Ranch” — is considered to be one of the largest and closest private ranch compounds to Aspen core. The ranch comes complete with eight custom homes totaling 34,397 square feet, resort-style amenities, outdoor recreation, as well as full infrastructure with irrigation, water treatment facility and vast water rights. Aspen Valley Ranch represents “a refined interpretation of western ranch-style living,” says Wells. “You have the finest amenities and accommodations that you would expect from a world-class resort.” Adds Chris Souki, Charif Souki’s son who also lives at Aspen Valley Ranch: “It was an amazing adventure for seven years, taking part in the creation of an exceptional property with my brothers, sister and father while at the same time living in the environment that we created and enjoying all the benefits of the property.”
