A lifelong resident of Bergen County, Stella has partnered her local knowledge with her educational background, affinity for helping others, and love of the real estate business to become a trusted and valued resource in the Northern NJ market. In addition to her expertise in residential sales, Stella is an experienced landlord and property investor and handles investment transactions for her clients with ease, including multifamily, mixed-use, development, and 1031 exchange sales/purchases. Stella studied for her Master's Degree in Real Estate at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, a global leader in real estate and a Top 3 National Ranking School within the Real Estate Degree Program.

By using a variety of technologic resources, Stella tailors her marketing approach to fit the needs of each of her clients and their properties. When setting a listing or offer price Stella analyzes and interprets data using a variety of valuation methods to effectively establish the best pricing strategy for her clients. The combination of these skills, along with a team of highly skilled professionals and artisans are what makes Stella and her team stand out against the competition.
In 2005, Stella founded her own Real Estate Investment Company. Her experience in this sector has allowed her to gain both personal and professional experience within a variety of real estate investment markets. Stella frequently works with clients looking for opportunities in multifamily, mixed use investments, development and 1031 exchange investments.
Stella enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their two boys. She volunteers for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Operation Gratitude. She has also served as a Board Member for her Church's PTA organization and volunteers as a Class Mom at her children's school.
