I specialize in all phases of real estate sales, including new construction, condos and co-ops, single and multi-family homes, I also assist my investor clients in selecting income-producing properties and oversee the tenant selection process, including credit reporting, references, etc.
I work with move-up buyers, investments, new construction clients and rentals, and all mortgage and financing programs. I am fully trained in all phases of National and International Relocation Transactions, and I also cater to the needs of clients in the Luxury Market including high end condos and brownstones, who are seeking to buy and sell properties.
Bio
Tatiana began her real estate career with a major Commercial Brokerage Firm in Manhattan. She entered the field of Residential Real Estate in 2007, and since then has set new production records every year.
During the past 3 years, with closed sales volume of more than $160,000,000, Tatiana has helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals as well as achieving her own membership in Coldwell Banker President's Club and Prestigious President's Premier.
Tatiana specializes in all phases of real estate sales, including move-up buyers, new construction, condos and co-ops, single and multi-family homes, investments, rentals, and mortgage and financing programs. She always goes the extra mile to make each transaction a memorable experience. Focused, knowledgeable, and committed, Tatiana is with her clients every step of the way from the initial meetings to the closing of title.
On a personal note, Tatiana is fluent in Slovak, Spanish, and Russian. She is very involved in her community, supporting CBRB Cares, acting as a sponsor of Gilda's Club, and supporting the Dwight Englewood School.
