Grace was really helpful all through our home buying process. She educated us about the market, different neighborhoods and school systems. When we found the house we wanted, Grace helped us write an offer that was accepted right away. She came to our inspection, helped us negotiate some changes, and made sure our closing went smoothly. Even though we do not plan to move anytime soon, we will certainly use her again!
