As a former architect, Brandt is highly skilled in maximizing the marketability of homes and land alike, and in identifying real estate that can be creatively adapted to realize client visions.
Brandt diligently represents sellers and buyers throughout greater Coeur d’Alene - Spokane region. He has lived in eight (8!) states, and although he enthusiastically embraces north Idaho has his forever home he is eternally grateful for the opportunity he has had to serve clients throughout the country. Whether investing in real estate along the shores of Lake Michigan, elite golfing enclaves in Florida, or the year-round retreats of North Idaho, the core client needs and dreams remain the same.
In his free time, Brandt embraces all things musical—whether playing the saxophone, taking in the occasional concert, or just singing with his kids at home while strumming a guitar, music remains a perpetual font of joy.
