Kristin Penick is a graduate of Live Oak High School and San Jose State University. Though born and raised in the South Bay, she chose to live and raise her children in Walnut Creek. Having 3 children in public schools has given Kristin working knowledge of the school districts in the area. Kristin knows the area and surrounding cities well since making Walnut Creek her home for the last 20 years. Kristin is a 3rd generation Realtor, following in her grandfatherrsquo;s, and motherrsquo;s footsteps. With a back round in Pediatric Nursing, she has acquired the traits necessary for quality customer service, patience, attention to detail, and problem solving. Her hobbies include reading and scrapbooking. Kristin is an avid endurance road cyclist, which has taught her the principals of commitment, hard work and determination.
