Creativity, passion and vision have been the hallmarks of Tracy's career for more than 35 years. Throughout her professional and personal life Tracy has used her skills to achieve success. A St. Louis native, Tracy offers her clients a love of real estate, attention to detail, a high level of communication and a diverse business background.
Tracy has built her real estate practice from solid ground. She prides herself on her knowledge of the market, particularly the West County area, where she has lived for 30+ years, excellent negotiating skills and ability to work with both buyers and sellers in achieving their goals. "I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive to exceed their expectations.
Tracy's experience in sales, marketing communications and public relations is extensive. In addition to owning her own firm for many years, she spent more than 10 years at Fleishman Hillard, a global leader in marketing and communications, overseeing the agency's work with Anheuser-Busch and Red Lobster, among other clients. In her position as vice president, Tracy was also a leader in the firm's new business efforts. "My career in public relations afforded me years of experience in solving client problems. This job required a unique mix of being able to understand the situation, being proactive and remaining engaged, to reach the final conclusion."
Additionally, Tracy previously owned a design company and also has renovated 7+ of her own homes. She continues to assist clients, friends and family, using her vision to develop beautiful environments with a skilled eye for detail. Her success is measured through referrals and requests for her design assistance.
Tracy attended Cor Jesu Academy and graduated with honors from Rockhurst University. She holds a B.A. in Business Communication. She and her husband, Mark, have three grown children and two dogs, and currently live in Chesterfield.
