Steve Cunningham is a full-time Realtor, representing both sellers and buyers. He not only serves as a great residential Real Estate agent, but also specializes in land and farm and ranch listings. He uses his experience and market knowledge to focus on properties in the surrounding Waco areas. As a native to the area Steve is familiar with McLennan, Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hill, and Limestone counties. Steve is a graduate of Midway High School and Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Steve was an owner and sales manager of a successful computer company for 17 years before getting back into his first love- Real Estate. Steve has served on many other boards and civic organizations such as Waco Boys and Girls Club , Woodway Family Center, Midway Little League , the Waco Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Woodway. Steve is an active deacon at First Baptist Woodway. He is also a partner in Coldwell Banker, Jim Stewart Realtors and has served two terms as President of the Waco Association of Realtors.

I am a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Marketing and Real Estate. I was a partner in a very successful computer company for 17 years before getting to my true love...real estate. My business background of problem solving and people management have proven to be valuable assists in the day to day business of buying and selling properties. As a consistent top producer locally, I was also awarded with International President Elite status with Coldwell Banker. I am also Global Luxury certified.
