A Buffalo native, Karen, has a Bachelor of Science from SUNY College at Buffalo. She entered the commercial real estate industry in the 1990rsquo;s, before transitioning to residential real estate sales in 2000. This where she found her true calling. Frequent visits to Siesta Key inspired a permanent move, where Karen has built an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and lifestyles from Lakewood Ranch to Longboat Key.
Karen is an expert in both matching her customers with their perfect getaway and effectively marketing a seller's property to attract the right buyer. Focused primarily on waterfront vacation homes throughout Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Lido Keys, her office on St. Armands keeps her in the center of Sarasota daily. She has negotiated elite multiple multi million dollar homes, vacation residences, investment properties and bungalows in Downtown Sarasota -- at all times offering outstanding, pro-active and productive service.
Tech-savvy and committed to ongoing education, Karen has earned the prestigious GRI designation, which only 19% of all Realtors attain.
Karen is the mom of 3 sons and her love for Sarasota shines through in both her personal and professional life.
