Amy Meredith is a licensed Realtor and Broker-Associate for Coldwell Banker Realty. She has been working for Coldwell Banker since 1998 specializing in residential real estate in San Luis Obispo County. As a graduate of California Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she stayed in the area to pursue her real estate career that now spans over two decades. She has sold over a hundred million dollars in real estate sales and has received both Diamond Society and Sterling Society awards for top sales in her field. Amy is in the top 13% of all sales agents representing Coldwell Banker International. She has experience in investment properties, single family homes as well as land and multi million dollar estates. She is Global Luxury Certified agent in luxury home sales and estates. She was raised in southern California in Palos Verdes and moved to the central coast to attend Cal Poly. She serves all of San Luis Obispo county and beyond.
