Anne brings a collaborative approach to the residential real estate industry based on corporate success as a brand manager at Disney, Nestle and ConAgra Foods. Anne holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC. Her approach combined with her entrepreneurial spirit translates into a business professional who can get things done for YOU.

In the last 17 years Loveland Carr Properties closed in excess of $600MM in sales by serving clients of multiple generations in one of LA's oldest and most established neighborhoods. Hancock Park boasts a long list of noteworthy architects, historically significant luxury properties and an unparalleled central location within the city. Loveland Carr is consistently among the top 100 producing teams in Southern California for Coldwell Banker. Anne serves as the Previews Director for Hancock Park and served for 8 years on the Melrose Hill HPOZ.
On a personal note, Anne was raised in Windsor Square and now resides in Hancock Park. When she's not chasing down balls on the tennis court at her beloved Los Angeles Tennis Club, she serves on various local community boards and is committed to continuing education in the areas of real estate, leadership and entrepreneurship.
