About Me
Hello my name is Clarence Garrison and I have been as agent with Coldwell Banker Professional REALTORS for 15 years. I like to take the stress out of real estate, so you and your family have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My father was in the United States Air Force for five years during World War II. Wanting to help people is why I became a Realtor. The art of negotiation is something very critical in real estate. My experience in business and in residential real estate in a variety of situations has aided me in developing this skill. Though most people would look to the large sale as the most valuable, I feel that every client is equally important. I attempt to treat each transactions multi-million because you can not put a dollar value on a person or the potential that one sale can bring. This attitude has helped me obtain referrals as well as develop sales for the future.
The physical preparation of homes for sale is critical in a competitive marketplace. I have become proficient in aiding my clients in making their homes attractive to potential buyers. This sometimes requires repair work and I have developed relationships with experienced and professional vendors and service people. Because of this experience, I have been able to help my clients obtain top dollar for their homes. It is essential to keep a cool head in difficult times. Although most transactions evolve in a smooth and timely manner, there are times when circumstances change in what seems like an instant. I have proven that I am able to assess altered situations, make the proper recommendations to my clients and to help move on to a satisfactory resolution.
