As a member of The Jills Zeder Group, Danny Hertzberg has received numerous awards and accolades, including being named to the "30 Under 30" list by Forbes and most recently the "40 Under 40" list by the South Florida Business Journal. In 2023, he held the record for the highest sale in the history of Miami.
Danny constantly employs the latest digital marketing strategies and social media innovations to market properties on an international level. He has presented many of these cutting-edge marketing strategies that he has developed at speaking engagements, seminars and conferences nationwide. Danny was selected to serve on Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's smart home tech panel, "Selling Smarter: Real Estate and the Smart Home" at the 2017 and 2016 Consumer Technology Association (CES) Conference in Las Vegas. He has become an expert in smart home technology, and is often quoted by media like Reuters, Time and CNET in stories about the smart home trend.
Additionally, he is regularly featured in both national and local media outlets, discussing real estate trends in the South Florida luxury market. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Curbed, Forbes, Haute Living, Mansion Global, Miami Magazine, Ocean Drive magazine, Robb Report, Daily Business Review, South Florida Business Journal, The Real Deal, the Miami Herald, the Sun Sentinel, among others. He has also appeared on CNBC's "Secret Lives of the Super Rich," NBC's "Open House," CBS's "Living Large" and CNBC's "Power Lunch," among others.
He served for 6 years on The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority and finished the last two years of his term as the vice chair.
Danny places great importance on giving back to the community. In 2012, he started the Second Generation Giving Fund with his sister, Hillary Hertzberg, also a luxury real estate agent with The Jills Zeder Group. On behalf of their clients, they have had the privilege of supporting such organizations as Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Susan G. Komen, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Mt. Sinai Hospital, United Way, The Friendship Circle, Lotus House, Youth2Youth, Frost School of Music, Michael J Fox Foundation, Fundación Manos del Sur, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Habitat for Humanity, amongst many others.
In 2019, The Jills Zeder Group, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, was formed. The Group is comprised of three families, all of which are major players in the luxury residential real estate business. These families include sisters Jill Eber and Felise Eber; Jill Hertzberg and her children Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg; and Judy Zeder and her children Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen. In 2021, the Jills Zeder Group took sales to a new level by breaking its own records with an incredible $2 Billion in sales. This marks the best year ever in sales volume for The Jills Zeder Group and are ranked as the Number 1 Real Estate Team in the Nation for the fourth year in a row, ranked in REAL TRENDS The Thousands as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
