Licensed since 1994, Dawn managed one of the state’s top-selling real estate teams for nearly 16 years before hanging out her own shingle 13 years ago. She’s worked out of the Salt Lake/Sugar House Coldwell Banker office her entire 29-year career, and in that time has assisted in the purchase or sale of hundreds of homes. She loves the character and bustle of neighborhoods close to the city, and lives in one with her spouse and children.
