Alecia Savas is a born-and-raised Floridian and a Tampa Bay native, currently residing in Tampa, Florida. As a native, Alecia knows all the appealing aspects and true value of living in such a beautiful city and has successfully sold properties to a diverse array clients throughout Tampa Bay.
In 2021, Alecia won the Homes.com & Homesnap Excellence in Client Service award, an award presented to top Homesnap Pro+ agents who demonstrated superb service to their clients. Alecia was also recognized as one of the Tampa Club's 40 Under 40 an award designated to those who are successful in their career, strong contributors to their community and role models for their age group. In 2024, she was recognized as the Female Spotlight of the Month for LaRocco & Associates, a recognition given to prospering women throughout the Tampa Bay area.
She thrives when learning and enjoys partaking in continuous research and educational courses related to real estate. She holds several certifications and designations including Real Estate Pricing Strategy Advisor, Luxury Homes Certification, Commitment to Excellence Certification, Real Estate Social Media Marketing Certification, Short Sales & Foreclosures Certification and more.
Alecia graduated from the University of Tampa (UT) with a Master of Science in Marketing and Master of Business Administration degree. As a UT Alumni, Alecia shared her knowledge and experience with others while teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing for undergraduate students.
With her extensive background in marketing and training from a trustworthy mentor, Chris Savas, her Father, Alecia has demonstrated the ability to properly market homes and help sellers sell their homes quickly and priced appropriately, to meet the demand of various markets.
Alecia is also dedicated to serving her community! She holds a seat as a Director of the Board for the Tampa Club's Philanthropic Committee (Hillsborough), Golfers vs Brain Cancer (Pinellas) and the Tampa Downtown River Arts Neighborhood Association (Hillsborough), is a Committee Member for the Urban Design Committee of Downtown Tampa and is a member of the Moffitt Merit Society and Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
