I have been dedicated to real estate for over 20 years, focused on helping people buy and sell their homes in Utah. Building great relationships and helping people find the perfect place to live is something I'll always be passionate about. Whether my clients are buying or selling their homes, I love having the opportunity to help families better their lives.
Throughout my career, I have worked in both commercial and residential real estate. As the real estate landscape has evolved, so has the technology we use as agents; I'm constantly inspired by Utah's booming tech industry and pride myself on using the most up-to-date tech for my clients and business.
Along with my business partner and daughter, Kate Splan, I provide truly personalized service to secure the best possible price – and overall experience – for my clients.
By maintaining professionalism and integrity, I've built a strong network and reputation within the local real estate industry. I have made appearances on HGTV's shows House Hunters and Log Cabin Living. I have been recognized by our local board as a leading REALTOR® and our team has been ranked as a Top Real Estate Team since 2007.
I play an active role in the community, which provides me with extensive knowledge of the area while offering my clients a unique perspective into the local neighborhood dynamics. When I'm not in the office, I love spending time outdoors, especially skiing with my family.
