Julie Chappell

I have lived in the Cape Fear Region of North Carolina all my life and
in Wilmington since 1992. I love calling this wonderful place home. I can’t
imagine bringing up my family anywhere else! Shortly after graduating from East
Carolina University I met my husband, Stephen. We have two sons and a beautiful
daughter. I have had a passion for real estate ever since Steve and I were
looking for our first home many years ago. I know firsthand how exhilarating while
simultaneously frustrating buying or selling a house can be. This is an

the Port City Community Church in Wilmington. Over the years, I have served on
the youth council and Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church. I look
