Kay Greer is a native of the Sarasota area and she is an established local Realtor, who grew up on Siesta Key. She feels fortunate to be a part of the Coldwell Banker real estate team which is located in the thriving downtown Sarasota area amidst all of the cultural activities.
Over the years, Kay's accomplishments include working with some of Sarasota's most prominent builders and developers specializing in new luxury homes and waterfront condominium sales. She has developed business relationships with local builders and architects which gives her the opportunity to offer buyers and sellers the additional benefit of makeovers and renovations through her referral network.
As an agent who's an expert in the local real estate market, Kay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise on local communities, current market conditions, and the home buying and selling process. On a personal note, when Kay is not selling real estate, she and her husband are avid baseball and hockey fans and they enjoy traveling and fishing.
