Kara brings a background in communications, technology, design and renovation to the real estate industry and the world of assisting people with their residential real estate needs; in the luxury real estate market, in Greenwich CT and throughout Fairfield county. With a passion for design, architecture, history, and renovations, Kara has the ability to draw from her expertise and succeed in meeting and exceeding the expectations of her clients
Born in Central, Connecticut, Kara moved to Stamford Connecticut after obtaining her BA in Communications in 1995. She worked in Corporate America for technology communications in CT and New York City for 10 years, and settled in Greenwich in 2000. Kara has been a realtor since her college years when she became involved in renovating condominiums in a development project with her family's real estate development company.
Kara specializes in high-end residential properties and leases, and for over 20 years has overseen numerous transactions in the Greenwich and Fairfield county area. She seeks to educate her clients not only about the market in general, but seeks to present numerous opportunities to her clients; exposing them to all possibilities. Kara always attempts to make the buying and selling experience educational, beneficial and enjoyable. Through real estate, Kara is able to combine her love and passion for people, homes and great interior design into one medium.
In 2010 Kara earned her Broker's license in real estate, an education and accreditation only achieved by approximately 5% of all realtors. Successful real estate transactions are produced when you couple them with a successful, and genuine agent. Kara provides just that with her bona fide passion for communicating with people and her relentless desire to provide a smooth, organized, and favorable outcome.
