What started out as a hobby quickly transitioned into Kristin founding her own brokerage. Before entering real estate, Kristin earned a B.A. in business from the University of Iowa and went on to work as a pharmaceutical sales representative, eventually selling respiratory equipment to nursing homes for Vencor Hospitals. When Vencor purchased a chain of nursing homes, Kristin jumped at the chance to become a licensed nursing home administrator. This position required meticulous organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving ability. Quickly promoted to director of development, Kristin created a unique, performance-driven marketing plan that led her sales team to success. Now a seasoned property professional, Kristin draws on all these skills to deliver an excellent real estate experience to her clients. She has earned a nearly 100% referral business, continuously expanding the Gonnella Group's comprehensive product suite and mentoring new agents as they join the team.
As a resident of Chicago since 1993, Kristin truly loves the city. She currently lives with her family in the Ravenswood Manor neighborhood.
