Kristin Manella is a California Realtor® with a purpose – to help build strong communities and find families their forever homes. After a career in high-end residential landscape design, she made the logical transition into residential real estate, channeling her experience in architecture, design, and client relations to help others search for their dream home. Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, where she minored in Sustainable Environments. As a San Francisco Bay area native, she has a deep understanding of what makes this area so desirable and works hard to find the right properties for her clients. She is an empathetic listener, responsive to her client's needs, eager to go the extra mile, and believes in the importance of personal connection. Most important to her is her beautiful family, her husband and two children. Kristin is actively involved in the local schools and believes in the power of community.
