Lili Banani is Coldwell Banker’s top producing listing and selling broker in Boston. She has over 20 years of wide-ranging real estate experience: working directly with developers, architects, negotiating large-scale commercial and residential property acquisition contracts, project management and marketing strategy implementation.
After joining Coldwell Banker, Lili has earned the status of Vice President and is a member of the President Elite. She is consistently sought out by major publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and Boston Globe for her sharp insights to the Boston Real Estate market. She was recently ranked in the top 250 Realtors Nationwide by volume according to Real Trends/Wall Street Journal report.
Lili has an extensive network of substantial buyers (foreign and national), developers who have been working with her throughout the years. She is the former president of The Banani Corporation, completed over 20 renovation development projects in the Boston area and several land development projects in Western Massachusetts.
