My name is Frank Morin. Born & raised in Brooklyn NY, lived in MA, NJ and now located in SW FL. In my previous career I was privileged to travel and spend time across the east coast, northern borders and parts of Canada.
I'm a seasoned Marketer & Sales Professional with a passion for Luxury Goods & Lifestyle. I offer my clients consultations with data driven & experience-based insights ranging from 360 go-to-market planning, in-depth approaches to design, stage & deliver best in class executions. I enjoy garnering relationships & building external partnerships. I've spent years refining methods to accelerate sales, create meaningful (re)positioning in diverse markets, and develop innovative presentations to showcase luxury goods. My focus is always on win-win negotiation tactics, buyer/seller education, and seamless Real Estate operations and transactions.
With over 18+ years across luxury & consumer goods for fortune 500 companies and fashion house brands, I bring a keen eye for detail and high standard in execution. I've worked between National & Regional Domestic retail as well as Global Travel Retail in several capacities, I've held many diverse roles, worked across multiple geographies, categories, points of distribution and omni-channels. My extensive experience bridges 360 marketing plans & hands on execution in sales & merchandising, accelerating brand growth, building winning innovation plans and account strategies. I utilize the skills and knowledge of building corporate strategies for luxury goods and am able to translate & reformat to deliver on my clients highest and best interests when buying or selling their homes.
