Before joining Coldwell Banker as an agent, Todd was a film producer and movie studio executive, creatively and fiscally producing, supervising and marketing films for 20 th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Miramax and Disney.
From his twenty year film studio career, Todd brings unparalleled negotiating and marketing skills to his real estate practice, uniquely serving his clients' real estate transactions as a highly effective executive.
A native of Pacific Palisades, Todd has lived in homes from the Hollywood Hills to Malibu, enabling him to offer clients thirty years of trusted perspective on Westside real estate.
