Rakesh Parikh A real estate professional since 2002, Rakesh acts as an advisor for every one of his clients. He loves helping people find exactly what they're looking for. Rakesh knows buying and selling can be one of the most important decisions someone can make and he takes the process very seriously.
Offering Accounting and Finance Knowledge After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Northern Illinois, Rakesh went on to earn his Master's Degree in Accounting/Taxation from University of Illinois. He then earned his CPA for the state of Illinois in 1998, followed by continuing education courses in Business Law at the University of Chicago.
His first experience with the real estate industry began when he worked for developers on some small projects on the north side of Chicago. He also gained experience flipping homes for several years, helping him learn from the ground up.

He also believes in strong advertising copy and professional photography to make a home stand out to potential buyers.
Rakesh has also worked with a variety of buyers and sellers over the years. From first-time homebuyers to REOs, commercial and luxury, he has extensive experience. A resident of Chicago all his life, Rakesh does business all over the city, including South Loop, West Loop, Near North Side, Lincoln Park, West Town and Bucktown/Wicker Park.

Helping you Make the Right Investment When not focused on business, he coaches youth soccer, volunteers at Ladder Up and mentors for Fourth Pres. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing hockey and taking in live music and sporting events.
