Sherri Anne is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and has received GUILD Elite™ recognition for sale achievements at or above $2M. Sherri Anne brings a background of marketing, communications, contract management, and negotiations to her role at Coldwell Banker Realty. Using her unique suite of skills and background, she creates a vision for each client; a vision on how to price, promote, and negotiate on her clients behalf.

Sherri Anne works with clients on their terms, providing impeccable, high-touch service tailored to their unique situation. She endeavors to make the home selling and buying experience well organized, well communicated, and transparent which makes the process easier and less stressful for her clients. Sherri Anne treats her clients the way that she would expect to be treated and her standards are incredibly high.

Sherri Anne is a 29-year resident of the DC area. Her love of the arts, architecture, culture, and design which influence her vision for real estate, is evidenced by her support of, and memberships in, various organizations such as the Phillips Collection, Wolf Trap, The Washington Ballet, and The Corcoran.

Sherri Anne rooted in the community as a volunteer for Georgetown Village and Board Member for the Friends of Georgetown Waterfront Park. She's also lent her commitment to various business and community groups including the Citizens Association of Georgetown, Georgetown Business Association, Rosslyn Business Improvement District, the Dupont Circle House Tour, and the board of directors for the American Advertising Federation DC and the Jefferson Awards. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science with a joint degree in Advertising and Consumer Economics.
