Having lived in Apache Junction since 1982, been a licensee since 1989, and a Broker since 199. John knows and loves the territory surrounding the Superstition Mountains. While showing real estate, he tells clients about the local plants and wildlife. John helps clients find a home in the best area at the best price (and also a brief history lesson of the community). When assisting Sellers, John is very detail-oriented in the valuation process and knows the best marketing techniques for Sellers to sell their properties for the best return. John takes every possible opportunity to further his knowledge of the ever-changing Real Estate markets and trends. He takes well over the required number of continuing education classes each year and offers education to sales associates at both the Branch and Corporate level.

Community Involvement
John serves the Real Estate Community by serving on the ARMLS Professional Standards Committee. John also offers educational offerings regarding Agent self-help, Mentoring, Real Estate Fundamentals, and guides new sales associates at the Branch level on how to build their business and improve their expertise in the field of Real Estate.

Personal Background
John has over 36+ years of knowledge in the local Real Estate Market. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, vacationing, hunting, exploring, boating and trail riding as well as doing other recreational activities.
John has made his mark in the Real Estate community by Managing the Apache Junction Office for Coldwell Banker, Managing The Fiesta Office, and temporary Management of various other offices. Most recently he was the Assistant Manager for the Mesa Gilbert Office. Since 2017 he has focused on Clients exclusively. In the past he has been a Property Manager and Designated Broker for a smaller family-owned Real Estate Company.
Communities I Serve John serves the communities of; Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Queen Valley, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale and all of the East Valley Cities including the outlying areas of Coolidge, Florence, Casa Grande and Maricopa.
